Booking Conditions.
We try to keep groups for the practicals to a small manageable number.We pride ourselves on making the course a friendly and relaxed experience. Many of the bigger courses can not do this. Because of this we advise early booking to avoid disappointment.
Dates;
The course will be held at the University of Kent at Canterbury over three days 13-15th April 2012 and will start at 14.30 hrs on day 1 with registration from 12.30 pm onwards. Please note we can provide an extra nights accommodation, on the Thursday night for those travelling a long distance. For those staying an extra night, there is an additional charge of £30 to include breakfast. The course will finish at around 16.00hrs on day 3. The course fee is inclusive of overnight accommodation and all meals.
How can I reserve a place?
You can click on the symbol below and pay by Paypal or credit card online. Please fill out a booking form and either email or send it to us to accompany payment.
The cheque should be made payable to AR and SV Fox Courses and sent with a completed booking form to: Medicourses, Court Lodge, Godmersham, Nr Canterbury, Kent CT4 7DT.
Fees:
The conference fee is £230 inclusive of VAT , £200 if non-residential. Please note that this includes all meals and refreshments throughout the course. You may pay a non-refundable deposit of £80 to secure a place. Fees paid on line incur a 3% surcharge as illustrated below.
The balance of fees for those who choose to pay a deposit will be due towards the end of March-date will be specified on your confirmation letter, any applications after this date must be accompanied by the full fee.
Cancellations result in loss of deposit. For those who have to cancel and have paid in full the fee minus the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within two weeks of the course will result in full loss of fees or the opportunity to transfer on to our next course.
